Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe for Large Items Currently, we do not carry 'In Stock' products. For large items such as Hoods, Trunks, and Fenders, shipping typically takes between 6 to 9 weeks (approximately 40-60 days). These items require special handling, including palletization and freight shipping arrangements, due to their size and nature.

Handling Process Our team diligently prepares and dispatches orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We prioritize the careful handling of each order, ensuring that your products are securely packaged and ready for shipment.

Delivery Timeline Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. The delivery timeline, after dispatch, is generally less than 1 week. However, please note that once the package is in transit, we cannot control or influence the shipping process managed by UPS.

Cancellation Policy If you decide to cancel an order for large items before they are shipped, a 30% nonrefundable restocking fee will apply. This means you will receive a refund of 70% of your total order cost.

Damage or Lost Packages In the event of damage to the item or a lost package, your cooperation is crucial as we file an insurance claim. We cannot offer partial refunds for repair estimates or full refunds until we are reimbursed by the insurance company. This process may take between 2-8 weeks.
