Return and Refund Policy

No Refunds on Processed Orders Once an order has a shipping label created, it is considered processed and no refunds will be offered.

Cancellation Policy If you decide to cancel your order while it is being made, a 30% fee will be deducted from the total amount, and you will be refunded the remaining 70%. However, this does not apply to all exterior product purchases.

Final Sale for Exterior Products All exterior product purchases are Final Sale with No Return. It is imperative to inspect your package within 5 business days of arrival. We require you to take pictures of the exterior/interior of the shipping box, packaging materials, and the item itself if damage is noted. Failure to do so will result in the automatic denial of most claims, without exceptions.

Refunds for Large Damaged Items Refunds will not be initiated for large exterior products (such as hoods or bumpers) unless sufficient proof is provided that the item is damaged beyond any possible use. This includes submitting clear photos and/or a video showing the full extent of the damage to the product. If we cannot determine that the product is completely unusable, a refund will not be granted. In some cases, we may require the customer to destroy the product on video before issuing a refund.

Steering Wheels

  • Our Carbon Fiber Steering wheels are UV protected and come with a 6-month Manufacturer Warranty. This covers major malformations in the final Steering wheel finish from the date of delivery.
  • Less than 0.9% of our steering wheels have ever been returned for warranty work.
  • Steering wheels are non-refundable unless a major defect affecting safety is noted.
  • Warranties are non-transferable and applicable only to the original customer.
  • Steering wheels cannot be returned if used in retrofitting a different vehicle model than intended (e.g., fitting a 14-17 Q50 steering wheel onto a 2018+ Q50).

Mirror Covers We offer a 4-month exchange policy for any warping noted in the final Carbon Finish. Items are insured for fitment, but aftermarket fitment may vary from OEM fitment.
